A picture perfect day allowed transplant patients, families and clinicians to enjoy Kimball Farms and meet other transplant families.Every autumn the Pediatric Transplant Center brings together transplant patients and their families for a day of discovery, fun and festivities for all ages. More than 500 people attended this year’s Family Celebration Day — the largest attendance on record. The Sept. 20 event was held at Kimball Farms in Westford, Massachusetts for the ninth year in a row. View some of the highlights below…
